Notice to all active members in the land of Chaos – By you attacking/raiding/sabbing any member who wears the NWO tag, you agree to be bound to the rules of this BF policy and accept all punishments for violating this policy. It is the responsibility of the offender to be aware of all alliance battlefield policies when searching the battlefield for gold. If you do not agree with the policy set forth, then DO NOT engage in battle (attacking/raiding/sabbing) with any member who wears the NWO tag.

Recruiting - We do not allow any alliance to recruit any of our members. Attempting to recruit an NWO member will result in:

First Offense - A written warning.

Second Offense + - An alliance wide 24 hour approval, + additional 24 hours for each attempt.

Raiding - Raiding is considered an act of war!

First Offense (one raid) – If an apology is received within 5 minutes, it will be considered an accident and no action will be taken. If no apology is received, you will be approved for 10 sab turns.

Second Offense + or Multiple Raids (3 or more) – Will be considered Massing. See below for massing violations.

Low Hits - Low hits are defined as any hit to an NWO member and the attacker steals less than 30 minutes of TBG. This does not apply if the NWO member does not have sufficient DA to prevent low hits.

First Offense - A written warning.

Second Offense - You will be approved for 10 sab turns.

Third Offense +- An alliance wide 24 hour approval.

Damaging Hits - Stealing less than 15 minutes of TBG is considered a damaging hit. Damaging hits are invalid in the event someone else hit just before the offender or the defender banked the gold (within 3 minutes). An apology is to be sent from the attacker to the member who was hit.

First Offense - A written warning.

Second Offense - You will be approved for 10 sab turns.

Third Offense +- An alliance wide 24 hour approval.

Defended Hits – Defended hits are defined as any attack on an NWO member and the attacker steals zero TBG. In the event of a defended hit:

If the offender has an SA equal to or less than your DA - The member may sab for 10 turns.

If the Member's DA is lower than the Attacker's SA – Must be lower than 85% of the attackers SA. Calculated as follows (Attacker SA * 85%), answer should be equal or greater than the members DA. No action will be taken. If you are at 85% or above, you know the risks you are taking and will be sabbed if you attack does not succeed.

Double Taps - A double tap is defined as attacking again after getting an attack defended.

Each Offense – You will be approved for 20 sab turns. It makes no difference if the second hit succeeds. The second attempt should not have been made to begin with. No BF Mod approval is needed.

Farming - Farming is allowed so long as you don’t violate any other NWO BF policy rules, such as low/damaging/defended hits.

Massing - Massing is determined as 3 or more consecutive raids and/or attacks in an attempt to cause weapon damage or to kill soldiers.

First Offense - You will be approved for 20 sab turns.

Second Offense - An alliance wide 24 hour approval.

Third Offense +- Additional 24 hours alliance wide approval for each offense.

Unprovoked Sabotage – Is defined as sabbing an NWO member with no just cause.

First Offense - You will be approved for 10 sab turns.

Second Offense - An alliance wide 24 hour approval.

Third Offense + or Return Sabs- Additional 24 hours alliance wide approval for each offense.

1v1 – One versus one wars are allowed provided both parties are in mutual agreement to enter the 1v1. Sometimes two people just need to settle disputes and battle it out to resolve their differences. Let’s face it, this is war based game. In the event a 1v1 is requested, it is the responsibility of both parties involved to retain documentation to support mutual agreement to enter the 1v1. BF Mod approval is needed to enter the 1v1, and the BF Mod is responsible to confirm with both parties, mutual agreement to enter the 1v1 before the 1v1 is approved. No other member from any alliance is allowed to support any member of the 1v1 in any way. Any violation of this rule is to be handled in accordance with the BF policy. The 1v1 will be deemed over, when one participant surrenders (no terms needed), the participants lose interest or the participants just stop fighting.

BF Actions by NWO Members – It is the responsibility of the BF Mod to ensure a message is sent to the offender, notifying them that they have been found to have violated a portion of the NWO BF Policy and what the punishment will be. This message can be sent by the plaintiff or the BF Mod, either way it must be sent before the punishment is carried out. Internal attacks – We do allow an alliance member to attack another alliance member in an attempt to harvest their gold. This rule is in effect because we would rather see the gold go to another member of the alliance than a member of an outside alliance. It is expected, that an alliance member will only attack another member of the alliance when they are holding at least 1 hour of TBG. Any member caught stealing less than 30 minutes of TBG from another member will lose the privilege of being able to harvest from other members of the alliance. If they are caught attacking another member after the privilege has been revoked, you will lose script access for a period determined by a BF Mod.

Notes:

* NWO reserves the right to change this policy, for any reason, at any time and without any notice.

* If an offender’s BF policy is stricter than ours, we reserve the right to hold you accountable for violating your own policy.

* It is the right of all BF Mod’s to handle all violations on a case-by-case basis. In the event the BF Mod feels a stricter punishment is needed, he is required to have that punishment endorsed by another BF Mod. The BF Mod cannot allow a stricter punishment under any circumstances without first getting another BF Mod to endorse it.
